October 5th minutes read and accepted.
One Motor Vehicle Commitment reviewed and signed
Mail opened
Reviewed FY06 Cartographics contract. Signed and will submit to treasurer for payment.
A letter will be sent to the Board of Governors of the Tunxis Club in review of the meeting with them and illustrating the corrections made to Map 408 Lot 1.
Decided that we need to make a call to Boston on the Non-conforming contiguous land issues. Jessica will put in a call to Dan Murphy in Boston.
The Board voted to move all Twining Proper parcels into the Tolland Proper neighborhood.
Per the DOR request, the Board will send commercial Forms of List to all people with business certificates within Tolland.
The Board decided to establish Closed Meeting Minutes. Any Executive Meeting minutes, references to abatement specifics, discussions of court proceedings, or any other non-public record issues shall be held under separate cover from the regular Board minutes.
Susan Moore will leave for Florida in Early November and will return in early May of 2006.
Next meeting to be held on November 22.
